About MIDISOLAIRE

MIDISOLAIRE is a 522 970 € simplified joint stock company founded in January 2008 and based in Beauzelle (near Toulouse, South West of France).

MIDISOLAIRE was created by the meeting of two highly-recognized business men, Benoît MOULAS and Jean-Marc LALANE who worked for several years in the industrial and technological sectors of the Midi-Pyrénées area.
MIDISOLAIRE plans to reach a 8M€ turnover with a production capacity of 4MW by the end of the year 2011.

From the beginning, MIDISOLAIRE installed turnkey PV generators on large surface area and decided to conceive, thanks to its R&D department, a large range of BIPV patented system called MIDITOP®.

MIDISOLAIRE was the first French company to obtain a relevant certificate “Pass’Innovation” from the CSTB (French Scientific and Technical Center for Construction).  The technical excellence of its MIDITOP® PRIMA product was confirmed in October 2010 by obtaining the n°21/10-11 Avis Technique (Technical Certificate  from the CSTB).

In July 2010, MIDISOLAIRE raised  a 1,2 M€ fund from Xange Private Equity, a subsidiary of the Banque Postale.
