Maintenance Packages

In order to optimize the performance of its generators throughout their operation, Midisolaire offers
the Maintenance packages.


The Maintenance packages include spare parts, modules cleaning and technical assistance.
They are available on three levels:

MiniTop : prevention package

The MINITOP® package ensures a first level of maintenance of your PV system with the control of the main elements, including:
verification of MIDITOP®  system, the performance of the generator, the equipotential links, electrical cabinets, modules, inverters and dusting ...
It can also benefit from corrective maintenance on a scale of intervention.
 

   Top : prevention and surveillance package

Based on the MINITOP package, the Top one offers also the possibility to benefit from an intervention, within a maximum of 48 working hours, following an alert monitoring system Solar-Log.

Your installation is attended monitoring system via the Solar-Log and sends alerts in case of malfunction of failure of the generator.
Access to a web portal allows you to monitor live production of your generator.

   MaxiTop : prevention, surveillance and correction package

The MaxiTop package provides examinesf key elements of your installation, and also gives you access to a corrective maintenance performed by our technicians within 24 working hours. Spare parts are also included as a defined list (see overleaf).

Your facility is continuously monitored, and you have access to a web platform for real-time monitoring of your production generator.
